PREMIUM SERVICE
While we always strive to give our customers the best in reliable service, we understand that sometimes you may need an appraisal back much quicker than normal, due to extreme circumstances.
That is why at the request of many of our clients, we now offer Premium Turn-Around Time Service.
With this new service, for an additional fee, we will work extra hard to get your appraisal back within 24 hours (1 business day) of the inspection.
Since this service is above and beyond the normal turnaround times, the fee would be based entirely on several factors, including the subject's location, unusual characteristics or condition (repairs needed, etc...) or other circumstances.
